Connect ForthRoute to an AI assistant to ask about your store's returns in plain language, and, if you allow it, approve or decline them. You need ForthRoute installed on your Shopify store. There is no extra charge for the connector.

The assistant only receives what a tool returns in answer to your request, for your own store. Shipping-label links are never sent. ForthRoute does not read your conversations and does not use your data to train AI models. Data you receive in a chat is handled under the assistant provider's terms and your privacy settings there. Each connection appears as an API key named "Assistant (AI connector)" in ForthRoute → Settings → Integrations. Revoke it to disconnect immediately.
